Privacy-First Approach

All image processing occurs locally in your browser. Your images never leave your device and are not stored on our servers.

You agree to use SnapShark only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Free vs Pro Features

All core features are available for free. Pro subscriptions add convenience and efficiency:

Billing Terms

• • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans (first 30 days)

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you process through SnapShark. Since processing happens locally, we never access or store your images.

Our Service

SnapShark, including its code, design, and algorithms, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

Open Source Components

We use various open-source libraries and tools. Their respective licenses apply to those components.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Processing Results

While we work to provide high-quality results, image processing quality may vary. Results depend on input quality and browser capabilities.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your Right to Terminate

You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or for technical/security reasons. We'll provide notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to Pro features will end. Since we don't store your images or processing history, no content deletion is necessary.

How We Update Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll notify users via email and update the "Last updated" date.

Your Agreement to Changes

Continued use of SnapShark after term updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you don't agree with changes, please discontinue use.
